The maximum operating temperature of CPVC industrial piping system is 110°C, and the long-term operating temperature is 95°C. Generally used in petroleum, chemical industry, electronics, papermaking, food and beverage, medicine, electroplating and other industrial fields.
● Sturdy; Since CPVC is stronger than PPR, PE, etc., less hooks and brackets are needed. CPVC pipe can withstand greater pressure.
● Easy to install; use solvent-based adhesive to connect, no special tools and power supply are required for installation;
● Corrosion resistance; CPVC is not easy to permeate oxygen, so the metal parts in the system will not be corroded due to oxidation.
● Good flame retardancy; the oxygen index of CPVC is 60, and the combustion ability is very low;
● Acid and alkali resistance; CPVC has strong corrosion resistance to acids and alkalis, and can be used to transport HCL and NaOH liquids;
● Bacteria are not easy to reproduce; it has been certified by the National Environmental Sanitation Foundation for drinking water.
CPVC for civil use has low thermal expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity, good flame retardancy and superior hygienic standards.
